Kathmandu. Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) in the last fiscal year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The board of directors of the bank has decided to distribute 13 percent dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. This includes 3.25 percent bonus shares and 9.75 percent cash dividend.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
