Kathmandu. Shikhar Insurance Limited, one of the leading non-life insurance companies, has been prioritizing employee efficiency enhancement.
In order to familiarize the company’s workforce with the changes in information technology and to enhance efficiency, the insurance company has also engaged 25 employees in Microsoft Office Package training.
During the intensive training, participants will learn skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook to enhance their technical skills. The training will help participants to strengthen their professional communication, data management, and service delivery skills.
Insurance companies are required to invest at least 2 percent of their total management expenses in the career development of employees.
