Kathmandu. Shares of Daramkhola Hydro Energy Ltd are set to start trading from Thursday.
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed its initial public offering (IPO) today. The AGM of any company starts trading from the second day of listing of shares in NEPSE. Therefore, the shares of this company will also be traded from tomorrow.
A total of 1,03,05,000 units shares of Daramkhola Hydropower have been listed in NEPSE. Out of the total offered shares, the promoter group has 63,55,000 units (61.67%) and the general public has 39,50,000 units (38.33%).
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has assigned DHEL transaction signal to Daramkhola Hydropower. For the first transaction, the company got a minimum opening range of Rs 142.81 to a maximum of Rs 428.43. In the special pre-open session tomorrow, the company’s shares will be traded for the regular session if they are traded within the range set by NEPSE.
The company had issued its IPO to the general public from August 29 to August 29. The IPO was allotted at the office of Laxmi Sunrise Capital, the issue manager of the company, on August 29.
