Kathmandu. In the fiscal year 2082/83, non-life insurance companies have collected over Rs 12.5 billion in premiums. These companies have sold 6,88,982 insurance policies and earned Rs 12.65 billion in total premium.

During this period, Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company has collected the highest premium. The company has earned a total premium of Rs 1.49 billion. Shikhar Insurance Company has earned a total insurance premium of Rs 1.38 billion. Siddhartha Premier Insurance Company has earned Rs 1.22 billion in insurance premiums from today.

Himalayan Everest Insurance has earned Rs 1.19 billion in insurance premiums. NLG Insurance Company has earned a total insurance premium of Rs 1.02 billion. IGI Prudential Insurance Company has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 99.06 crore.

Neco Insurance has earned a total insurance premium of Rs 92.83 crore. United Ajod Insurance Company has earned a total insurance premium of Rs 88.29 crore. Oriental Insurance Company has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 78.85 crore. Nepal Insurance has earned a total insurance premium of Rs 70.62 crore.

Sanima GIC Insurance has collected a total premium of Rs 68.18 crore. Prabhu Insurance has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 50.56 crore. National Insurance has earned a total insurance premium of Rs 42.84 crore. The insurance company has collected Rs 41.41 crore in insurance premiums.
