Share price adjustment of two banks in NEPSE, how much of each?

Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The share prices of two commercial banks have been adjusted on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the price of Siddhartha Bank and Citizens Bank International Limited. After the book closure of the two banks for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution, NEPSE has adjusted the share price and fixed the new price.

On this day, NEPSE has adjusted 5 percent bonus shares of both banks. After the merger, Siddhartha’s share price has been fixed at Rs 349.52 while that of Citizens has been fixed at Rs 202.

NEPSE has adjusted the share price of these banks based on the closing price of the previous trading day. Shares of Siddhartha Bank were trading at Rs 367 per share in the second trading day, while Citizens Bank was last traded at Rs 212.10 per share.

Based on this adjusted price, the shares of these banks will open in the secondary market today.
