Kathmandu. City Hotel is going to issue more than 21.5 lakh units of undistributed right shares.
The hotel is going to auction 2,150,418 units of undistributed right shares from November 7. The promoter group has 19,89,999 units of shares, 1,54,419 units of non-ordinary shares and 6,000 units of employees of the company.
The hotel had recently issued 80 percent right shares to its shareholders in the ratio of 1:0.80 of its paid-up capital. At that time, the hotel is going to sell the remaining shares.
The minimum price of the shares has been fixed at Rs 100 per share. This means that investors will have to bid at or above the minimum price.
The interested bidders must bid for a minimum of 100 units and maximum of 100 units as per the ceiling set by the regulator. The tender can be submitted till November 15. The bidders can bid for the shares from branches of Prabhu Capital at Biratnagar, Hetauda, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Surkhet and Dhangadhi.
