Kathmandu. About 4.25 lakh units of shares of Prabhu Bank are being put up for sale.
A total of 4,22,807 units of promoter shares of the promoter group of the bank are for sale. Individuals and organizations other than promoter shareholders can submit a purchase application for these shares. Earlier, the promoter shareholders had opened the sale of the shares by issuing 35 days’ notice.
The interested investors can apply for the shares within 15 days. The application can be submitted to the bank’s central office at Babarmahal, Kathmandu.
