Kathmandu. Garima Bikas Bank for the Fiscal Year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The board of directors of the bank has decided to distribute 10.53 percent dividend to its shareholders from the accumulated profit of the current fiscal year of Rs 5.68 billion. This includes 6 percent bonus shares and 4.53 percent cash dividend.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the bank after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
