Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The tenth annual general meeting (AGM) of Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited (NSBL) has been held on Sunday. The meeting was held at the head office of Nepal SBI Bank, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
The AGM approved the Board of Directors Report, Annual Financial Statement (Balance Sheet for Ashad Ashad 2082, Profit or Loss Account for FY 2081÷/82 and other schedules related to the Annual Financial Statement).
The AGM has also approved a proposal of distributing 25 percent cash dividend (including tax on cash dividend) to the shareholders of the company.
The AGM also appointed M/s. A.P. Shrestha to conduct audit of the company for the fiscal year 2082/83. It has also fixed the remuneration of Chartered Accountants by appointing them as auditors.
