Kathmandu. Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Company is issuing one and a half lakh units of shares from today.
A total of 1,42,300 units of shares of the promoter group of the company have been auctioned. Existing promoter shareholders of the company as well as any individual and organization can bid for the shares.
The interested investors have to submit a minimum bid for all the shares at the time of submitting bids. The bid can be submitted at Prabhu Capital Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
The minimum price of the shares has been set at Rs 203 per share. This means that the bidder will have to bid for the minimum price or more.
