Kathmandu. Citizens Capital Limited has started distributing cash dividend of Rs 28,05,21,020 (Rupees 28,05,21,020) from Citizens Mutual Fund and its own profit for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Under this, it has been decided to distribute dividends to the units operating under the schemes operated under the Citizens Mutual Fund for the period 2081/82 and from the consolidated fund to the units existing till August 28, 2082.
Accordingly, Citizens Mutual Fund-2 has been distributing cash dividend of Rs. 4,62,00,000 with tax of Rs. 8.2555 and Rs. 9,57,17,297 from Citizens Super 30 Mutual Fund for Rs. 12.7555.
Similarly, Citizens Mutual Fund-1 maturing on March 2, 2081 was distributed a total of Rs 92,66,03,723 at the rate of NAV 11.30. The last year’s 13 percent cash dividend has also been distributed from the same date, 2082-02-27.
Similarly, Citizens Capital Limited has been distributing dividend of Rs.3,20,00,000 to its shareholders from its own profit with effect from 2082-05-20.
The company has requested the unit owners who have not yet received the cash dividend distributed in the previous years to update their beneficiary accounts and bank accounts and contact Citizens Capital Limited for necessary information.
