Kathmandu. Himalayan Energy’s Ninth Annual General Meeting passed the IPO resolution. Bhaktapur Hotel Bhadgaonma meeting has passed a resolution to issue 10 lakh IPO in the coming days.
The new Board of Directors of the company has been unanimously elected for 4 years. The elected officials and Governing Committee are Chairman Leelamani Pathak and Managing Director Shankarbahadur Ghimire while the Directors are Devdas Shrestha, Punyaprasad Rimal and Tank Suvedi.
The program was concluded under the chairmanship of chief guest Dhruv Acharya and president Leelamani Pathak. The House has approved the annual report of the last financial year and the auditor’s report and has decided to entrust the audit work of the next financial year to A. Coover & Associates.
Recently, the foundation work of Kalinchok Sana Hydroelectric Project (3 MW) promoted by the company has also been completed. President Pathak informed that the planning will be completed and electricity will be produced in the coming financial year by connecting it to the national grid. Along with this, he expressed confidence that the company will become an attractive opportunity for investors.
According to the company’s executive officer and company secretary Lakshmi Bhattarai, confidence has been expressed that the plan will be completed within the stipulated time. He was asked to give time and courage to Himalayan Energy to carry out other planning and promotion projects in this successful future.
