Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for the initial public offering (IPO) issued by SY Panel Nepal Limited (SY Panel Nepal Limited) for Nepalese who have been working abroad since September 22. The company was allowed to issue 40 percent of the issued capital of Rs 1,30,89,37,100 i.e. 52,32,54,800 units.
Out of the offered shares, the company is issuing 4,97,092 units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share i.e. 10% of the total amount of shares allotted to the general public.
Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 50,000 units. Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
ICRA Nepal has assigned ICRA NP Issue Rating Double B to the company. This indicates that there is a moderate risk to the company’s ability to meet its obligations.
The eligible applicants can apply for the post through the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) approved by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) from all ASBA member banks and financial institutions and their designated branch offices.
Local residents can apply for the IPO till October 7.
