The company has called its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 8 to approve the dividend. The company has decided to close the book from November 25 to November 11 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and Dividend.
This means that only shareholders who have been held before November 25 will be eligible to receive dividends and attend meetings.
