Kathmandu. First Microfinance has formed a merger committee.
The organization has formed a three-member merger and acquisition committee under the convenorship of the company’s director Laxman Prasad Jaisi. Yubaraj Chhetri is the member of the committee and Numnath Paudel, chief executive officer.
According to the organization, the merger committee has been formed to discuss and do homework regarding merger, merger or acquisition of other microfinance financial institutions.
