Kathmandu. Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Limited is going to hold its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 12. The meeting will take place at 11 a.m. The meeting will be held at Kundalini Palace Banquet, KMN-4, Chandol, Kathmandu. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on September 30 fixed the date of the AMIC.
The AGM will approve and discuss the 10th Annual Report submitted by the Board of Directors of the Company, the audit report of the Company for the fiscal year 2081/082, financial position of the Company up to Ashad 2082, profit or loss account, cash flow statement and related schedules.
The meeting will endorse various proposals including appointment of auditor and determination of remuneration for the fiscal year 2082/083 as recommended by the audit committee, appointment of an independent director.
