It is with deep sadness that the company confirms that last week’s vandalism caused serious damage to Ncell’s head office in Kathmandu ‘Ncell iCom’ as well as regional offices in Mahendranagar, Dhangadhi and Pokhara. “These incidents not only pose a serious risk to the safety of employees but also to the safety and continuity of service of our employees,” the company said in a statement.

Despite these challenges, Ncell remains steadfast to its mission to ensure continuous access to telecommunications services for people and the nation as always. In a bid to ensure uninterrupted local service in a smooth and smooth manner, Ncell has been providing free local voice calls, SMS service and internet service for three days. For the past 20 years, Ncell has been prioritizing the service to the entire community and that reflects its unwavering dedication to its customers.
