Kathmandu. Genji has created an interim power structure.
The interim power structure incorporates issues related to the interim structure, basic conditions, international observers for elections, special ad-hoc tribunals, transparent communication with the public, legal and constitutional basis and formation of ad-hoc tribunals.
Similarly, the proposed structure incorporates issues like ad-hoc tribunal for corruption and abuse of power, formation of independent investigation body, law and order among others.
“We are committed to ending corruption as a whole, demanding an end to decades of intolerable corruption,” he said. “Our movement is not for destruction, but for accountability, transparency and justice,” the proposed structure reads.
Genji condemned the arson, vandalism, looting and violence associated with the movement. “Those involved in such acts do not represent us or our generation,” they said, adding, “They have attacked the dignity of our movement and we need to identify them legally and bring them to justice.” ’
“Our generation is in favour of a new Nepal,” he said. “It will be based on honesty, fairness and democratic accountability,” he said. ’
