Kathmandu. Barun Hydropower Company is going to put on sale more than 238,000 units of undistributed right shares from September 1.
The company had opened the sale of right shares to its shareholders from July 1to August 15. A total of 238,443 units of shares of the general group, which were yet to be purchased at that time, are to be sold through the auction process.
Interested individuals and organizations can bid for the purchase of this share. At the time of submission of bids, the minimum price per share is Rs 100 or more.
Investors can apply for a minimum of 100 units at the time of submission of bids. Applications can be made to buy a maximum of all the units.
The bid can also be submitted to RBB Merchant Banking, the securities sales manager at Teku in Kathmandu, as well as the branches of Rastriya Banijya Bank in Birgunj, Janakpur, Narayangadh, Baglung, Butwal, Nepalgunj, Birendranagar, Dhangadhi, Birtamod, Hetauda, Tulsipur, Mahendranagar, Chainpur and Khandbari (Sankhuwasabha) and Dharan. The last date for submission of bids is September 15.
