According to media reports, the 6G chip will provide 5,000 times faster internet speed than the current internet speed. It will also benefit rural areas where high-speed internet is yet to be accessed.
According to the South China Morning Post, Chinese researchers have developed this chipset in collaboration with researchers from Beijing’s Peking University and Hong Kong’s City University. It is described as an Al Frequency 6G solution. Which can increase the speed of mobile many times.
The size of the 6G chipset developed by chinese researchers is 11 mm X 1.7 mm. This chipset can work at low frequencies. It will provide better connectivity with better speed to mobile and other devices. With the help of a 6G chipset, 100 GB of data can be transferred in one second. It will work entirely on wireless spectrum.
For example, with the help of this 6G chipset, 50 GB HD 8K movie can be transferred in one second. This speed will be available in both urban and rural areas.
