Kathmandu. Arun Kabeli Power has called its 15th Annual General Meeting.
The board of directors of the company has decided to hold its annual general meeting on September 14. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am at Hotel Crystal Pashupati in Pingalasthan, Kathmandu.
The meeting will pass a special resolution to issue 50 percent right shares in the ratio of 1:0.5 of the paid-up capital of the existing company to make additional investment in the founder shares of Kabeli Energy Company and to partially repay the long-term debt of the bank. The meeting will also approve another special proposal to amend the rules and management letters accordingly as the paid-up capital of the company will increase after the issuance of the right.
The meeting will pass a special resolution to approve the investment made in the founder shares of various companies and to approve the investment in new companies.
The assembly last fiscal year 2081. Approval of the annual and auditor’s report of 82 and the current fiscal year 2082. It will pass a resolution regarding the appointment of auditor and determination of his remuneration for 82.
For the purpose of the meeting, the company has decided to close the book on September 15. This means that only the shareholders who have been in office before September 15 will be eligible to participate in the company’s meeting.
