Kathmandu. American technology company TechBay Digital has bought Adex International, a Nepali company focused on information technology, for $ 2.4 million i.e. about 334.1 million Nepali rupees.
Established in 2020 and operating in 2022, Adex has been able to achieve such a huge price in a short time. According to Adex, it has provided employment opportunities to more than 60 people since its operation.
Adex said in a statement that an agreement has been reached with TechBay regarding the purchase and sale of shares.
Along with cloud services, Adex is providing various services related to Amazon Web Services (AWS).
At present, Adex’s customers are payment service provider Khalti, Commerce Sanima Bank, technology-based company Measures, Dearhold, Ekbana, NIC Asia Capital, GhamPower, among others.
Young Sharabh Subedi, a chartered accountant, and Prajwal Sharma, an air engineer, are among the founders of Adex.
