A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on September 29 decided to distribute 12.632 percent dividend of the current paid-up capital to the shareholders from the distributable profits of that fiscal year. This includes 12 per cent bonus share and 0.632 per cent cash dividend for tax purposes.
According to the company, the proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting and distributed to the shareholders.
