Kathmandu. NIC Asia Bank Debenture-2091 has been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange Limited( NSE). A total of 5,000,000 units of debentures with face value of Rs 1,000 each with a 10-year tenure and 7 per cent interest rate have been listed.
It is said that the listing has been done as per the decision of August 15 in accordance with the Securities Listing Bye-laws, 2075 BS. The transaction of the bond will begin in the secondary market from August 15.
