A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on Tuesday decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders from the profits of the fiscal year. This means that the shareholders of the company will not get cash dividend s and bonus shares for that financial year.
The meeting also decided to pass the details of the financial year, profit and loss account and cash flow statement and submit it to the Nepal Insurance Authority for approval.
