Kathmandu. The stock market fell by a high point on Monday. The NEPSE index closed 27.90 points down at 2822.46.
Two groups in the NEPSE sub-group have increased and 11 groups have decreased due to the decline in the market. Other groups fell the most by 0.31 per cent, while microfinance group fell the most by 2.35 per cent.
Today, the share price of 30 companies has increased in the market. Shares of 220 companies have fallen.
On this day, the market has made a transaction of about Rs 10.25 billion. The transaction amount has increased compared to last Thursday. Shivam Cement has the highest turnover of Rs 538.8 million.
The shareholders of River Falls Power have become rich in the market today. The company’s share price has increased by about 10 percent. The share price of the company has increased by Rs 36.87 to Rs 406.10.
On this day, the shareholders of Unnati Sahyog Laghubitta lost the most. The company’s share price has fallen by about 8 percent. The share price fell by Rs 185.74 to Rs 2,246.28.
