Kathmandu. In the fiscal year 2081/82 BS, life insurance companies collected a total of Rs 26.90 billion in insurance premiums. According to the financial statement published by the Nepal Insurance Authority, the companies have collected a total of Rs 26.90 billion in insurance fees by selling 738,400 insurance policies.

During this period, Nepal Life has collected the highest amount of insurance fees. The company has collected a total of Rs 7.10 billion in insurance premiums. The company, which is in the second place, collected a total insurance premium of Rs 3.54 billion during the period. LIC Nepal is in third place. The company has collected a total of Rs 2.68 billion in insurance premiums.

Asian Life has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 1.68 billion. Citizen Life has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 1.24 billion. Sanima Reliance Life has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 1.16 billion.

The National Life Insurance Company has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 997 million. IME Life has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 975.7 million. Mahalakshmi Life has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 849 million. Reliable Nepal Life has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 824.8 million. Met Life has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 713.2 million. Sun Nepal Life has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 672.9 million.
