Kathmandu. Sopan Pharmaceuticals Limited is going to hold its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday. The meeting will be held at Binayak Hotel, Imadol, Kathmandu. A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on August 29 decided the date of the meeting.
The company will discuss and approve the annual report for the fiscal year 2081/82 BS in the General Assembly. Similarly, the audit report for 2081/82 will be approved. The assembly will pass a proposal to appoint auditors and fix remuneration for the upcoming fiscal year 2082/83 BS.
The assembly will pass a proposal to issue primary shares to the general public. A proposal to amend the company’s management letter and regulations will also be presented in the meeting.
The company has decided to close the book on August 15 for the purpose of the meeting.
