Let’s fight. Nepal Life Insurance Company’s three-day Leadership Excellence Award 2025 has concluded in a grand manner. The event, which was held in Kathmandu from July 11 to 28, concluded with the slogan “Lion Year: Lead, Roar, Repeat”.
The event was attended by 440 agency and agency managers and employees of the company doing excellent business from all over the country. The program was jointly inaugurated by the company’s Director Kamlesh Kumar Agrawal, Director Bimal Dhakal and Chief Executive Officer of the company Praveen Raman Parajuli.
Speaking on the occasion, Member of the Board of Directors Kamlesh Kumar Agrawal congratulated and thanked all the agents and employees for crossing the historic milestone of Rs 10 billion in the first insurance fee in the fiscal year 2081/82 BS.
Speaking on the occasion, Director Bimal Prasad Dhakal thanked all the agents and employees for their excellent performance in the last fiscal year. He said that the agent of Nepal Life is capable of performing well in the midst of economic slowdown.
Chief Executive Officer of the company Pravin Raman Parajuli congratulated and congratulated the awardees. Addressing the program, CHIEF Executive Officer Parajuli thanked the agents for their performance in the last fiscal year and urged them to work diligently from the beginning to meet the business target of the current fiscal year. Reviewing the business of the last fiscal year, he informed about the sales strategy in the current fiscal year 2082/83.
Speaking on the occasion, The Company’s National Sales Head Umapati Pokharel thanked all the agents, sales team dignitaries and all the employees who helped in achieving the business goal of 2081/82. The company made structural changes last year to further strengthen itself, making the service delivery more efficient and making it easier to do business.
Speaking on the occasion, Ganesh Adhikari, President of Professional Insurance Agents Association Nepal, Insurance Committee Nepal Life thanked all the agents and employees who helped in achieving the target of the last fiscal year. He said that the present agent team is capable of achieving the target of the coming year and expressed his commitment to be satisfied to achieve the target taken by the company.
General Secretary of The Federation of Professional Insurance Agents Om KC thanked all the agents for achieving last year’s target. He said that the agent of Nepal Life is the most capable and capable agent of Nepal and is ready to increase the access to insurance by passing on the skills and experience learned during this period to the new generation.
On the occasion, 111 best agents from agency manager and 329 agents from individual code were honoured. Besides, 96 people were honoured with Samrat Medal, 87 with Ratna Medal and 257 with Samruddhi Medal.
Likewise, Madan Bhatta, Sneha Bhatta and Basanti Sharma were honoured with first, second and third positions respectively from agency manager and Sumitra Bhatta, Urban Rajbanshi and Ayush Kunwar from personal code category respectively.
Motivational speaker and comedian Sandeep Chhetri gave a special performance in the three-day program.
