Kathmandu. Narayani Development Bank has urged the basic shareholders to deposit the amount for the right shares. The bank issued a notice today requesting this. The bank has notified the basic shareholders to deposit the amount for the right shares within seven days.
The Securities Board of Nepal has allowed the bank to issue 100 per cent right shares in the ratio of 1:1. According to the Securities Issue and Allotment Guidelines, 2074 BS, the basic shareholders can issue right shares to the general public only after depositing the amount for the right shares.
The Bank has requested to provide vouchers by depositing the amount in the current account 0210020864200011 in the name of Narayani Development Bank at Prabhu Bank branch at Ratnanagar Tandi in Chitwan.
