Kathmandu. The Patan High Court has ordered the release of Durga Prasain, a medical entrepreneur from Jhapa, who spearheaded the Rajawadi movement, in a banking fraud case.
A division bench of Chief Justice Sudarshan Dev Bhatta and Justice Munendra Prasad Awasthi issued the order on Monday.
The court has ordered prasain to be released on bail of Rs 2.5 million in a banking fraud case.
The court’s order came after hearing arguments in a case related to loan misappropriation claiming to be Rs 184.4 million.
