Writ petition filed in Supreme Court demanding scrapping of foreign employment term insurance bridge

The Nepal Insurance Authority (INSURANCE) had issued an interim order in the case filed in connection with the writ petition. The writ petition, which was not allowed to be seen on July 15, could not be discussed on Sunday. Now, the Supreme Court has postponed the hearing to August 15.

This is the third case pending in the Supreme Court with The Nepal Insurance Authority as a defendant. The Supreme Court has said that the supreme court will not be able to look into the case related to the cancellation of the inquiry committee formed by the Council of Ministers against the suspended Chairman sharad Ojha. The Supreme Court has also fixed November 10 as the next date of hearing in the case filed regarding Ojha’s disqualification in April last year.

It is seen that the policy decision of the AUTHORITY will be negatively affected due to the indecision for the time of the leadership of the AUTHORITY.
