Kathmandu. City Hotel has fixed the date of book closure for issuing right shares.
The hotel has decided to close the book on August 15. This means that only the shareholders who have been retained till August 15 will be eligible to fill the right shares of this company.
The Securities Board of Nepal has approved the issuance of 80 percent right shares in the ratio of 1:0.80. The hotel will now sell a total of 13.392 million units of right shares worth Rs 1.33 billion to its shareholders at a face value of Rs 100 each.
