Himalayan Life Employees Association conducts capacity building training

Kathmandu. Himalayan Life Insurance Employees Association has concluded leadership development and capacity building training program today.

Manoj Kumar Lal Karna, CEO of the company, along with the top management and about 160 employees participated in the program held in Kathmandu.

Former chairman of insurance committee Fatta Bahadur KC, senior advocate Dr Ramesh Regmi, Dr Rabin Katuwal and Vice President of Nepal Trade Union Congress Ganesh KC are in the role of resource person and facilitator.

Onthe occasion, Prof Dr KC expressed his views on the challenges, opportunities and future course of action in the insurance sector, Dr Regmi on the challenges in the implementation of labour laws, Dr Katuwal on employee motivation and KC on the role of trade unions in protecting the rights of employees and increasing productivity.

The program organized by the association was timely.
