Kathmandu. Citizens Bank International Limited has signed an agreement with Nagpokhari, Kathmandu-based e-Spot Nepal. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed to provide special discounts to the customers of Citizens Bank.
After this agreement, citizens bank cardholders, privilege card holders and mobile banking customers will get up to 10 percent discount on 5 percent EV charging and 5 percent food at all the outlets of e-Spot Nepal.
The bank believes that this kind of collaboration will benefit the bank’s customers and motivate them from cash transactions to digital transactions.
The bank has been introducing customer-friendly facilities from time to time to increase the use of digital banking and encourage customers to pay digitally.
