Kathmandu. Sarathi Kewal Industries Limited is going to issue an IPO as a historic step in the industrial and financial sector of Nepal. For this, the company has appointed Citizens Capital Limited as the IPO issue and sales manager.
The formal event was held at Hotel Marriott, Kathmandu. Ankit Bhusal, Chairman of Sarathi Kewal Industries Limited and Sabir Bade Shrestha, CHIEF Executive Officer of Citizens Capital Limited signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Sarathi Kewal Industries Limited is planning to issue 20 percent of its issued capital to the general public in the upcoming fiscal year 2082/83. Through the IPO, Nepali citizens will get an excellent opportunity to invest in a pioneering and potential industry.
Using the money collected from the IPO, the company will start underground cable production for the first time in Nepal and will be a historic effort towards bringing self-sufficiency in electricity production in Nepal and also aims to install Plalgod Aluminum Furnance Plant using state-of-the-art technology.
