Kathmandu. More than 31,000 units of shares of Shangri-La Development Bank have been put on sale.
A total of 31,227 units of shares of the bank’s founder group have been put on sale. As of now, only the founding shareholders of the bank can apply for purchase of this share.
The application has to be submitted within 35 days. The application can be submitted to the bank’s central office in Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
The bank said that if the application for the purchase of shares from the founding shareholders is not submitted, the sale will be open to other individuals and institutions.
