Kathmandu. Prabhu Mahalakshmi Life Insurance Limited has donated Rs 500,000 to Better Nepal Organization based in Pingalasthan, Kathmandu to run the school. Bal Sarathi, run by Better Nepal, has been providing education opportunities to orphans and children belonging to the most disadvantaged sections.
Santosh Prasai, CHIEF Executive Officer of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance, said in a program held at bal sarathi’s office on Wednesday. He handed over a cheque of Rs 500,000 to Mala Kharel.
Addressing the program after handing over the cheque, Santosh Prasai, CHIEF Executive Officer of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance, expressed his happiness to support the organizations doing pure social work.
The company has been identifying the most important areas and has been providing institutional social responsibility support and social work and expressed commitment to continue it in the days to come.
Similarly, Chairperson of Better Nepal. Mala Kharel thanked the organization for taking care of the education of orphans and very poor students, but the source of this expenditure could be continued with the support of support organizations like Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance and well-meaning people.
