Kathmandu. Himalayan Power Partner has initiated the process of issuing right shares. The company has filed an application with the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) seeking permission to issue right shares.

Himalayan Power Partner has sought permission from the Securities Board of Nepal to issue 50 per cent right shares in the ratio of 1:0.5 of its existing paid-up capital. The company will issue a total of 5,327,085 units of right shares at a face value of Rs 100 each to its shareholders.
