Kathmandu. Banks and financial institutions will be able to invest in debentures issued by companies investing in the infrastructure sector to raise their capital resources. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) Governor Bishwanath Poudel said this while unveiling the monetary policy for the fiscal year 2082/83 BS.
Arrangements will be made for banks and financial institutions to invest in debentures issued by the agencies established with the objective of investing in the infrastructure sector designated by the Government of Nepal to raise financial resources.
