City Safari distribution by Forward Microfinance

Kathmandu. Forward Microfinance Microfinance Financial Institution Limited has distributed city safari. City Safari has been distributed with the objective of motivating the poor youth who are struggling with poverty and unemployment towards self-employment.

The city safari was handed over to 10 poor, unemployed and economically weak youths at a program organized by the organization’s branch office, Khanar, Sunsari on July 15.

Forward Microfinance has provided city safari worth Rs 265,000 on concessional terms targeting families who are finding it difficult to sustain their lives as daily wage labourers. This is expected to create self-employment and improve the economic condition of the families of these people.

The safaris were purchased from Shree Ganapati PG and Suppliers Company, Biratnagar and handed over to the beneficiaries after providing necessary training.

On the occasion, Bankan Kumar Chaudhary, head of the loan department, and Shimla Kumari Chaudhary, head of the branch, jointly handed over the vehicle.

Prabin Chaudhary, Karilal Chaudhary, Khatun Begum, Dhanindra Magar, Tularam Chaudhary, Maniraj Magar, Shyamkaran Rishidev, Hussain Alam Mia, Farida Khatun and Mohammad Sajad have received the safari.
