Kathmandu. KTM Hospitality and RBB Merchant Banking Limited have signed an agreement. KTM Hospitality Limited, which has a paid-up capital of Rs 450 million under KTM Group Holdings, has entered into an agreement with RVI Merchant Banking Limited to issue 12,50,000 units of primary shares at a face value of Rs 100 each.

is. The agreement was signed by Rameshwor Shah, Chairman and CHIEF Executive Officer of KTM Hospitality Limited and Badri Prasad Pyakurel, CHIEF Executive Officer of RVI Merchant Banking Limited.
KTM Hospitality Limited is all set to launch The Royal Tulip, a luxury five-star resort under France’s prestigious International Louvre Hotels Group, in Chitwan. RVI Merchant Banking Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited.
