Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBI) has fined two broker companies for violating the rules.
The Securities Board of Nepal (Sebi) has taken action against Apple Securities (Broker No. 101) and Beni Securities (Broker No. 93) of New Baneshwor for violating the rules. Both these brokers have been given the financial year 2080 as per the provisions of the Securities Act, 2063. The audited financial statements and financial statements of 81 have not been submitted to the Securities Board.
According to the Securities Board, both brokers have been fined Rs 5,000 for the first time as per the provisions of the Act.
