Kathmandu. The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has predicted heavy to very heavy rainfall at one or two places of the state tonight.
Issuing a notice today, the Department has predicted light to moderate rain accompanied by thunder and lightning at some places of Koshi and Bagmati provinces and heavy rainfall at one or two places of the province. Light to moderate rain is likely to occur in other states this afternoon.
Similarly, light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is likely to occur at some places of all seven provinces tonight. However, heavy to very heavy rainfall is likely to occur at one or two places of the seven provinces.
It has been urged to be cautious as there is a risk of natural disasters due to rain.
