Kathmandu. Prabhu Insurance has announced dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on June 29 decided to distribute 18 percent bonus shares and 0.9474 percent cash dividend (including tax) to the shareholders of the existing paid-up capital.
The proposed dividend of the company will be approved by the Nepal Insurance Authority and will be distributed after the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting approves it.
