Kathmandu. Rastriya Bima Company Limited is going to hold its second Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday. The meeting will be held at Anmol Catering Service Shankhamul, Kathmandu from 11:00 am.
The date of the meeting has been fixed as per the decision of the 444th meeting of the board of directors of the company held on Thursday.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, the meeting will discuss and approve the annual reports of The National Insurance Company Limited for the fiscal year 2075/76 and fiscal year 2076/77.
The meeting will discuss and pass the schedules related to the financial statements of the National Insurance Company Limited for the financial year 2075/76 and the financial year 2076/77 along with the report of the auditor for the fiscal year 2076/77 BS, the profit and loss account and cash flow statements ended on the same date.
