Kathmandu. Siddhartha Premier Insurance has urged the remaining insured to get in touch with the insurance claim payment.
The company has issued a notice today making this request. The company has requested the insured to get in touch with the company within 35 days after receiving the application of claims filed by mid-April 2082 but have not yet come in contact with the necessary documents for claim evaluation.
“The claim payment of such insured has been pending for a long time,” the notice reads, adding, “The insured is requested to assist in the settlement of claims by submitting necessary documents to the nearest state, branch and sub-branch office of the company or the company’s central office at Babarmahal in Kathmandu and the surveyor as soon as possible.” ’
The company has clarified that all such claim files will be closed if necessary documents related to the claim are not received within the stipulated period.
