A day after hundreds of deaths, Air India had to make another emergency landing

Kathmandu. Air India suffered another emergency on Friday, a day after hundreds of deaths. Air India flight AI-379 from Phuket in Thailand to New Delhi had to make an emergency landing following a bomb threat.

All passengers were evacuated following emergency procedures from Phuket Airport authorities. “There were 156 passengers on board the Air India flight,” phuket airport said in a statement. ’

According to flight tracker FlightRadar24, the flight took off from Phuket International Airport for New Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport at 9.30 am local time. However, after a 20-minute flight, it made an emergency landing at Phuket Airport at 11:38 am local time, revolving around the Andaman Sea. After the initial search, the authorities did not find any bomb inside the concerned Air India aircraft.

An Air India flight crashed in Ahmedabad, Gujarat yesterday. In which 265 people were killed. Of the 442 passengers on board, one survived.

Air India flight AI 171 took off from Ahmedabad for London at 1.38 pm on Thursday from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport. The crash took place a few kilometers away from the airport less than two minutes later.

The plane crashed into a residential building. Twenty-four medical and nursing students who were staying there also died. Some are being treated in hospitals. – Agency
