According to rating agency ICRA Nepal, the last fiscal year 2080. At 81, it reached the highest number in the last five years. Last fiscal year’s income was 2076 BS. It’s almost twice as high as 77.

The company’s operating profit continues to grow. It has enrolled 97 to 100 percent of the enrollment capacity in all levels of classes. In addition, periodic revision of tuition fees and gradual increase in the number of students have helped to increase its income.

Located on the east side of the campus at Pulchowk, where sajha paribahan’s petrol pump is located, the school currently offers classes 1 to 10 and A level classes under Cambridge International Education. The school is preparing to conduct A-Lev classes from an under-construction building in Hatiban.

According to ICRA Nepal, the company is constructing an educational building at an investment of Rs 1.2 billion on the leased land in Hativan for A-level teaching. It has raised a loan of Rs 800 million from the bank for this building. According to ICRA Nepal, the loan-capital ratio has been fixed at 67:33 to raise financial resources for the under-construction building. With the construction of the new building, the company is going to increase the enrollment capacity of students in all levels of classes. As a result, the company’s annual income will increase further.

The company’s main shareholders are four members of the Dixit family and its board of directors is headed by Shanta Dixit.

Based on the financial strength assessment done by ICRA Nepal for the purpose of long-term bank loan of Rs 800 million, the company has received an LTriple B minus rating. Such a rated company has a moderate level of assurance to meet its financial obligations within the stipulated time.
