Kathmandu. Akama Hotel Limited is organizing a special general meeting on June 15. The meeting has been called at the company’s own registered office in Dhumbarahi at 11:30 am.
The meeting will pass a resolution to issue shares (IPOs) to the general public and sell the shares of the founding group among the issued capital of the company at the pimrium price.
It will also pass special proposals including increasing the issued capital of the company and making necessary amendments in the rules of the company’s management letter and regulations, including changing the share structure.
